Know Yourself
During the course, you’ll learn the basics of meditation and find a new way to “Know Yourself” in Week 1.
7.45 – 8.45 pm GMT between the 25th February and 18th March, 2023.
These sessions are curated to help you to deepen your understanding of Sahaja Yoga, as well as introducing you to experienced instructors that can give you more attention and information.
During the course, you’ll learn the basics of meditation and find a new way to “Know Yourself” in Week 1.
Then in Week 2, we will go further into how to “Live in Balance” and feel the impact of meditation and balance on your life.
In Week 3, you’ll “Grow Deeper” by exploring topics such as the power of music in meditation and the connection between health, science and Sahaja Yoga.
The course can be as interactive as you would like, with the option to have a personal experienced mentor to guide you. Break-out sessions in smaller groups with the instructors will help solve any questions and ensure you get the most out of the course.
